Refund & Cancellation

At The Creativity Affair, we take pride in delivering quality handmade products. Please read our policy carefully.


1. Returns

Since our products are handcrafted and and some are ‘make to order’, we do not accept returns unless:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • You receive a wrong product

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.


2. Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once processing or dispatch has begun, cancellation will not be possible.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
